We are unable to provide refunds for items purchased from a Server Shop. If you are unable to address your issue directly with the creator or server admin, you can reach out to our Support Team. For any refund requests or issues not covered by the above, please contact the creator or admin of the applicable server. If you would like to request a refund for a Server Subscription purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team within 5 days of your initial purchase at dis.gd/billing. While these users and developers are responsible for these offerings, we may offer refunds in our sole discretion in the situations outlined below. With some Discord features, we allow you to purchase server subscriptions, premium apps, and other offerings from other users and developers on Discord. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases for downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases (IAP) within any game. However, for unclaimed gifts purchased on Discord on desktop/web/Android, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date to request a refund with our Support Team. (Yes, you can give gifts to yourself! Treat Yourself Day can be every day!) We are unable to provide a refund for a gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by either you or another user. Our Support Team will review your request and notify you of the outcome of your request. If you would like to request a refund for a Nitro or Server Boost purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team and provide all requested information associated with your purchase within 5 days of your initial purchase at dis.gd/billing. Refunds by Payment Type iOS App Store Purchasesįor any purchases you made on Discord using your iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will need to request a refund for those purchases via the iOS App Store. For example, if you have previously received a refund for Nitro subscription, you will not be eligible for a Nitro subscription refund in the future.
This means that you are only eligible for one refund under each purchase category.
